Every new coin on Pairity gives a fixed share of its creator fees to the platform. That share is part of the coin’s on-chain split, so it is locked like every other share. This page explains how big it is and exactly what happens to it.
How big it is#
The platform share is 20% of the creator fees by default. 20% is also the minimum: the platform can set a higher share for new coins, up to 50%, and the Launch page always shows the real number. Coins already launched keep the share locked in their split.
| Coin | Platform share (default) |
|---|---|
| Normal paired coin | 20% |
| Token or stock pair | 20% |
| AI coin | 20% |
| Coin launched with a referral (Pump.fun) | 16% to the platform + 4% to the referrer |
There is no separate launch fee. The platform share comes only from trading fees, and only while the coin trades.
Where it goes#
On-chain, the whole platform share goes to one platform fees wallet. Keeping it to one recipient keeps launch transactions small. The worker then processes it about every 15 minutes:
Convert to SOL
Coins that trade against another token pay their fees in that token. The worker sells those tokens for SOL first.Split 50/50
Once at least 0.02 SOL has built up, it is split in one transaction: half to the platform token buyback, half to the platform treasury.Buy back and burn
The buyback half buys the platform token through Jupiter and burns every token it bought. Each run spends at least 0.05 SOL and at most 5 SOL, with 1.5% slippage.
Note
The platform may run the buyback from a dedicated wallet it controls instead of the built-in vault. In that case that wallet only spends the SOL the split sent it and only burns the tokens those buybacks bought. Every step, in either setup, is recorded with its transaction.
What the treasury half is for#
The treasury half goes to the platform treasury wallet and pays for building and running the project. The treasury also receives unclaimed paired-account escrow after 30 days, and the site trade fee if the platform turns one on.
Other platform income#
- Site trade fee. An optional fee on trades made through this website, separate from the fee split. It is 0% by default, can be at most 5%, and holders of the platform token get a discount. See Buying and selling.
- Expired escrow. Paired-account fees that nobody claims within 30 days of the first fee. See Paired accounts & escrow.
