The Launch page creates a new coin with a fixed supply of 1 billion tokens on a bonding curve. This page explains every field, what you pay, and what happens after you press launch.
The fields#
| Field | Rules |
|---|---|
| Image | PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP, up to 15 MB. Large images are compressed in your browser and again on the server. |
| Name | Up to 32 characters. |
| Ticker | Up to 10 characters: letters, numbers and $ _ . - only. Shown in capitals. |
| Description | Optional, up to 1,000 characters. |
| Website, X, Telegram | Optional. Each must be a full link starting with https://. |
| Pair it with | Who or what the coin is paired with. See Pair types. |
| Fee split | How the creator fees are divided. Not shown for AI coins, which have a fixed split. |
| Buy at launch | Optional, from 0 to 85 SOL. |
When you pair with a social account, the page looks up the profile and shows its name, picture and follower count. You can use its photo as the coin image or auto-fill the name and ticker from it.
Extra fields for AI coins
When you pair with an AI model, you pick a model from the AI provider’s catalog that can use tools and costs under $0.05 per thought. You can give the AI a character and a goal (up to 280 characters each), choose how the coin will use its AI (fixed at launch), and pick its roles (you can change roles later). See AI coins.
What launching costs#
Pairity charges no launch fee. You pay only what Solana and the venue need:
- Account rent for the coin’s mint, bonding curve, token accounts and metadata.
- Fee-sharing config rent (Pump.fun coins). You fund a one-time key that pays for the config account. Whatever it does not use is refunded to your wallet once the split is confirmed.
- Rent for new fee recipients. Any recipient in your split that does not exist on Solana yet (for example a new escrow or vault) is funded with the small rent-exempt minimum.
- A Jito tip when the platform sends launches as Jito bundles: between 0.0002 and 0.005 SOL, based on recent tips.
- Network and priority fees.
- Your optional buy.
Before building anything, the page checks that your wallet holds enough: roughly 0.04 SOL for a Pump.fun launch and roughly 0.07 SOL for a Meteora launch, plus your buy. If you are short, it tells you how much you need.
Buy at launch
Your first buy is signed with the launch and sent in the same bundle, so no one can buy before you. On coins paired with a token, your SOL is first swapped to that token through Jupiter, in the same bundle.
Vanity address
The platform can keep a pool of pre-made coin addresses that end in a chosen suffix. If it has one, your coin gets one of those addresses at no cost. Otherwise it gets a normal random address.
What happens when you press launch#
Upload
Your image is uploaded and stored by the site.Prepare
The server checks the pair, validates your split, resolves where the paired share goes (wallet, escrow, GitHub fee account or AI vault), and builds every transaction of the launch.Sign once
Your wallet asks for one approval covering all of them: create the coin, any swap to a pair token, your buy and the tip.Verify and send
The server checks that what you signed is exactly what it built, adds its own signatures (the coin’s mint key and, on Pump.fun, the one-time split key), and sends everything as one bundle.Lock the split
On Pump.fun the one-time key writes your split, its leftover SOL goes back to you, and the key is erased. On Meteora the split is already part of the coin’s unchangeable config.
