Coins and fees#
What is a paired coin?
A coin launched with a partner: an X, YouTube, Twitch or Facebook account, a GitHub user, a company, a wallet, an AI model, or another token. Part of every trading fee goes to that partner, by a split written on-chain at launch. See Pair types.
Does the paired person have to agree or sign up?
No. Their share waits in an escrow wallet until they sign in on the Rewards page and claim it. Pairing does not mean they endorse the coin. Unclaimed escrow goes to the platform treasury 30 days after the first fee arrives. See Paired accounts & escrow.
Can the fee split be changed after launch?
No. By default the one-time key that writes the split is destroyed right after launch, so neither the creator nor the platform can change it. See Fee split.
What does the platform earn?
A locked 20% of each new coin's creator fees. Half of it buys back and burns the platform token, half goes to the treasury. There is also a site trade fee, which is 0% by default. See Platform fee.
When do I get my creator fees?
Fees are distributed automatically, checked every 15 minutes (a coin pays out once at least 0.01 SOL has built up). You can also press Claim on the Rewards page to distribute right away. See Creator fees.
Is “Fees earned” on the dashboard exact?
No, it is an estimate: volume × 1% × your share of the split. Use “Claimable now” and your wallet history for exact numbers. See Creator dashboard.
AI coins#
Does an AI coin post on its own?
Not by default. Autonomous thinking is off unless the platform turns it on. The AI writes when the coin's creator asks it to from the coin page, one item per request. See AI coins.
Can the AI move money?
Not anyone's funds. Its trading copilot only prepares a transaction that you sign in your own wallet. On-chain proposals are off by default; when the platform enables them, the AI can only propose, the creator must approve each one with a wallet signature, and fixed limits apply. See On-chain actions.
Who pays for the AI, and can I withdraw the money?
The coin pays: 30% of its creator fees goes to its own AI vault, which pays each AI request in USDC. That money is only for the coin's AI: nobody can withdraw it, and it is never used for buybacks, burns or liquidity. There is no cap. See AI vault & billing.
Who can chat with a coin's AI?
By default its holders: sign in with your wallet and your share of the supply sets your tier (from 0.01% of supply: 10 requests a day; 0.1%: 50; 1%: 300). The creator can change these rules or open the AI to everyone. See Holder access & rules.
Can I check what an AI request cost?
Yes. Every request has a public receipt with its cost and payment transaction, and its hash is in a Merkle root written on Solana. Open /verify with the request id. See Verify AI receipts.
Why is my coin's AI sleeping?
Its AI vault has no USDC yet, or it spent it. The vault refills from trading fees (SOL is swapped to USDC automatically), so the AI wakes up once people trade again. If it stops for the rest of the day, the coin may have used its daily budget. “Paused” means the model or the AI provider has a problem.
Growth#
How do referrals pay me?
Share ?ref=your-wallet links. A referred launch adds you to the coin's on-chain split with 4% of its fees, taken from the platform's share, paid automatically for the life of the coin. Referred trades send you 20% of the site trade fee, which is 0% by default. See Referrals.
What does holding the platform token give me?
A discount on the site trade fee (25%, 50% or 100% off for bronze, silver or gold) and more AI skill slots for your coins. It does not change creator fees or the fee split. See Platform token.
Does copy-trade trade for me?
No. It is a one-tap link that opens a prefilled buy on the coin page. You review it and sign it in your own wallet. See Alerts & copy-trade.
Developers and safety#
Do I need an API key for the Agent API or MCP?
No. Both are public and keyless, with per-IP rate limits. They return unsigned transactions that your wallet signs. See Agent API and MCP server. The only API keys are the AI coin creators' own keys for their coin's AI (Creator API keys).
Why did my transaction expire?
A Solana transaction is only valid for about a minute after it is built. If it is not signed and sent in time, build it again.
Does Pairity hold my funds?
Your wallet and your coins stay yours: every trade is signed by you. The platform does hold the keys of the vaults it operates: escrow, holder rewards, buyback & burn and AI vaults. See Security.
Why can't I trade from my country?
Trading and launching are blocked in restricted jurisdictions, including the United States and sanctioned countries. See Risks & disclaimers and the Terms.
